The homeowner assessments include the following:

• Professional management services
• Water/Sewer/Trash
• Fire, Hazard, Liability & Exterior Building Insurance* (except personal possessions)
• Snow removal, including sidewalks
• Stone Bridge Community website
• Common area janitorial
• Grass mowing, edging, and lawn irrigation
• Lawn fertilization and weed control
• Shrub and tree replacement in limited and common areas
• Flower planting in selected common areas
• Common area lighting
• Exterior building maintenance
• Street and driveway maintenance and repair**
• Access to clubhouse facilities that include basic cable, pool with deck, and fitness room
• Reserves for outside building maintenance with future replacement fund (see Reserve Study on Website)
